  • Notify you of changes, questions and confirmations related to hotel and/or restaurant reservations;

  • To assist in the administration of the accounts, services and products we offer;

  • To assist in the detection of fraud or loss:

  • notify you if you have won any contests or giveaways;

  • We will provide you with travel-related information, WEST-related information or promotions related to products and services that may be of interest to you through the mailing address (such as email or other) that you agree to receive;

  • During the employment process, we will conduct a background check based on (but not limited to) the information provided in your resume, such as your expected treatment, work permit and other relevant information;

  • When you agree to receive newsletters by e-mail, we will only provide promotional information that may be of interest and useful to you. Communications will relate to products or services that we think may be of interest to you, such as promotions offered and/or selected by WEST, and may also be third parties with whom WESt has a strategic marketing relationship. We will use a third party email service to send e-mails to you. This third-party email service is prohibited from using your mailing address for any purpose other than to transmit WEST-related information. Each time you receive an e-mail, you can choose to change your requirements according to the options in the letter.

Personal Data Security:

When you make a reservation on a WEST-related website, you will be directed to a security technology website that cooperates with us. We will not ask for your confidential personal information or payment credit card details via mobile/text message or e-mail. When you book a table or order a promotion, we will only ask for a credit card for payment over the phone.
